About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I owned a fitness company, which taught me the value of leadership, discipline, and helping people achieve their goals. The flexibility, growth potential, and opportunity to build a long-term career were what drew me into the insurance industry.
I graduated from Pennsylvania State University and enjoy spending time on the golf course whenever I can. Our agency is also very active in the community through sponsorships, golf outings, and fundraising efforts that support local schools and organizations.
We offer PTO, paid major holidays, health benefits, a Simple IRA, life insurance, and disability coverage. We believe in supporting our team both professionally and personally while creating opportunities for long-term growth. Our culture is positive, energetic, and growth-oriented. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Property/Casualty or Life/Health insurance licenses (required).
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
